Shipping Policies & Refunds


CMA Enterprises products may ship from multiple locations within the United States. Occasionally items in the same order will need to be shipped from two or more locations. In this event we will notify you and if you receive only part of your order, we will send you tracking information for the remainder of the items when they ship.

If you did not receive your selected shipping method, we will be happy to refund you the difference between the requested and the shipped method.


Any quoted delivery times are estimates only and are stated in BUSINESS DAYS (which does not include weekends or holidays). Orders may take one or more business days to process before shipping due to product availability and size of order. Some orders including customized products may take longer to process.

We do not review, process or ship orders on weekends or holidays.
